The secret lies in its intelligent dual-dimensional temperature-pressure control system: In the production of automotive sealing strip compounds, by maintaining the internal mixer chamber temperature within a fluctuation range of ±1.5℃ (exceeding the industry standard of ±5℃) and precisely applying a pressure of 35 MPa, Xiangshang Rubber ensures that the dispersion rate of precipitated silica reaches over 99.2%.
The factory is equipped with an online Mooney viscometer (with a detection frequency of 5 minutes per batch) that continuously monitors the Mooney viscosity of the rubber compound in real time (target value: 45 ± 3). At the same time, the rotational speed gradient is adjusted accordingly (stepwise variable speed from 7 to 40 rpm), effectively addressing the longstanding issue of uneven rebound in engineered rubber products.
